ABOUT THIS PROJECT
From the construction phase onwards, the issuer's projects will be externally financed. Until then, investments must be made in preparation, such as analyzing the financial, technical and legal consequences of upcoming projects, recording locations and having experts draw up reports for the financiers from the construction phase. To finance the investments for the development phase, the issuing institution has decided to issue the bond loan.
MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES
The bond loan to be issued has a term of two (2) years from the Effective Date and offers a fixed interest rate of 8,00% on an annual basis. From the commencement date, the interest due will be paid semi-annually in arrears, on the interest date. The bond loan is fully repaid in one go at the end of the term. The bond loan is issued by GIGA Storage B.V. and is not subordinated (and will not be subordinated) to any other (future) financing attracted by GIGA Storage B.V.
